DO WE USE COOKIES, WEB BEACONS OR THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS?
Cookies:
A 'cookie' is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and
that your browser may then store on your system. Cal Stage uses session cookies
(also referred to as 'session variables') to simulate a continuous connection -
cookies let us "remember" information about your preferences and
passwords and allow you to move within our Site without reintroducing yourself.
For example, session variables are used to keep track of what you have selected
to purchase as you click through our site. Session variables persist only
for the length of your session; once you exit your browser program, they are
purged from memory - they are not actual files, like cookies are. We do
NOT, however, use cookies or session variables to track the navigational habits
of identified visitors.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but
you can usually refuse cookies, or selectively accept cookies, by adjusting the
preferences in your browser. If you turn cookies off, there may be some features
of our site that will not be available to you and some Web pages may not display
properly. You can find information about how you can adjust your cookie setting
at the following Web sites:
Microsoft Internet Explorer:

Web Beacons
The Cal Stage Web site does NOT use electronic images known as Web beacons, or
clear GIFs to monitor the activity of our Web site. (Typically used in combination with
cookies, a Web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger
than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, which is placed on a Web site or in an e-mail that is
used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Web site or opening the
e-mail. To learn more about Web beacons, visit
Webopedia).
Third Party Advertisers
Cal Stage does NOT use third party advertising companies to provide
advertisements or allow third party advertisers to track your browsing
activities on the Cal Stage Web site.

DOES CAL STAGE SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Unless we have your express consent, Cal Stage will NOT
sell, rent or trade personal information such as membership data or e-mail lists
to any third party. We treat all information you provide as confidential.
Occasionally, we may contract with other companies to provide limited services
on our behalf such as packaging, mailing and delivering purchases and processing registrations.
From time to time, we may be required to provide
personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government
investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we will
notify you prior to the release of such information. We also reserve the right
to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith,
believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we

DO I HAVE CHOICES REGARDING HOW MY INFORMATION IS USED?
You remain in control of your information. Cal Stage will NOT use or share the
personal information we collect in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you
provided the information without first obtaining your consent (opt-in). At the
time you provide your information, you can choose whether you want to receive
further communications about special offers, product information or other
marketing messages. If you do opt-in to marketing communications from Cal Stage,
you can opt-out at any time. All e-mail communications from us, such as

We will respond to your request to access, update
or delete your information within five business days. Before we are able to

HOW DOES CAL STAGE SECURE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Cal Stage uses a variety of safeguards to protect your information from loss,
misuse, alteration or destruction. For example, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized parties

your session at our Web site. We only provide access to your personal
information to Cal Stage employees and other authorized parties on a "need
to know" basis. We have also registered with
Network Solutions
and have obtained digital certificates for www.calstage.com, allowing your

Please be careful whenever sending personal

means of transferring information. We discourage the use of email to send
sensitive information to us; we suggest calling in, visiting our shop in person,
sending registered or similarly tracked postal service, or fax, any information
that you are concerned about.
