General Rental Policies - Payment Policies/Credit
Cards/Damages
California Stage and Lighting,
inc., is pleased to accommodate your rental requirements and requests your adherence to our general rental policies.
Your cooperation in this will insure a smooth transaction for both you and Cal Stage. Please review these policies prior to picking up your order.

Payment:

All rentals are payable in full at the time
of issue unless a customer credit account has been established and is in good standing.
This is not a short process; expect to pay in advance or with a credit
card (see below) for your first transactions with us.

The minimum charge to a customer's account
is $25.00.

Rentals may be paid with cash,
preprinted local check (a business check or personal check with driver's license), credit card, or ATM/Debit card.

TRANSACTIONS at any time, for any reason. --
Security Deposit

A credit card imprint (must
be a true credit card, not an ATM/Debit card) is required as a
security deposit for
all non-account customers. In general, an actual charge or
transaction against your account is not made. We do reserve the
right to do so, at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept credit cards not in the name of the lessee.
Loss and Damage

All rental equipment must be returned in
the condition it was received in by the lessee or charges for damage or
loss will be incurred. Any loss or damage to rental equipment must be settled at the time of rental return.

Lost or damaged equipment will be
charged at full list price for replacement or repair.

Credit for subsequent return of paid
shortages will be made at Cal Stage's discretion. In general, we
will not credit subsequent return of 'lost' or 'misplaced' or other
non-returned items once they have been paid for, by cash, check, or credit
card.
