General Rental Policies - Our Joint Agreement with You
California Stage and Lighting, inc., is pleased to accomodate your rental requirements and requests your adherence to our general rental policies.
Your cooperation in this will insure a smooth transaction for both you and Cal Stage. Please review these policies prior to picking up your order.

All equipment is offered for inspection and testing at our location. Cal Stage is not responsible for any claims or liabilities resulting from the use or possession of any equipment rented from us.
We make every effort to insure that all equipment leaving our shop is in good working order, including the full testing of ALL equipment prior to your pickup, but we cannot be responsible for its function once it leaves our premises and is transported elsewhere. Our equipment is rented without any guarantee of any kind. In the event of equipment malfunction, every reasonable effort will be made to correct the malfunction.
Your signature on the rental agreement is your assumption of all responsibility for items listed on that agreement. Please be sure to thoroughly check your order before signing the rental agreement and leaving the premises. Telling us on return that "I didn't get that," is not acceptable. Please pay attention when your order is counted out to you; this will insure that all pieces of equipment and accessories are properly accounted for, both for you, and for us!
