How to Read a Cal Stage Quote: The Rentals Section

What are all those items?  See below for the breakdown:

Explanations
# Description of field
1 This is the code number for the item we are quoting you.  It is unique for a type of unit or item.  "Main Codes" have no trailing numbers after the dash.  "Sub-Codes" or "Auto-Includes" have one or two additional numbers after the dash.  See #2 below for more.
2 This is the item description.  The "Main Item" is the one whose code does not have additional numbers after the dash, and whose description is left aligned with the Description line.
If the description is indented, or the code number has additional numbers after the dash, then it s a "Sub-item."
"Sub-items," or "Auto-Includes" are items that are either easily lost and listed separately, items that are provided as standard equipment for the "Main Item," or items Cal Stage routinely offers clients renting a particular "Main Item."
In the latter case, some items may incur additional charges in addition to the "Main Item" charges.  Please read your quote carefully.  If you have questions about a "Sub-Item," don't hesitate to ask; and you may save yourself a little money if you already have some of these items.  (Such as extension cords or cables...)
3 The quantity of the item quoted.  Some "Sub-Items" include several, as in the case above:  three casters for the tripod base of the stand.
4 These are the 'usage dates' of the quote.  In general, these will be the same dates as you have told us you want the equipment, but under some special or long term circumstances, holiday periods, etc., these dates may differ from the "Pickup Date" and "Return Date" of the contract.  Please note it is the "Pickup" and "Return" dates that indicate when you can pickup your items, and when they must be returned to us.  See The Header Section for more details on that.
5 The rate type that is being charged is shown in this column.  It will read "Days" or "Weeks."
Please Note:
this does NOT mean you have the gear for "1 day," or "2 days" and so on; see the "Pickup and Return Dates" for that.  This is merely a way of calculating your rental.  For Cal Stage, "one rental day" may be up to three actual days out of our shop, as in: pickup on Monday, return on Wednesday.  (For rental purposes, Friday pickup and Monday return is considered to be a "one day rental.")
Similarly Note:  if this reads "1 wks" or "2 wks" and so on, this does not necessarily mean that you have the gear for that many weeks; this is a billing formula.  The dates that you 'have the gear' are the dates stipulated under Pickup Date and Return Date in the Header.
6 The list price for the item is shown in this column, for the rate period shown in column #5.
7 The discount rate for this item on this quote is shown here, if any discount has been quoted.
8 This column shows the price you are paying for this item (per piece), after the discount has been applied (if any).
9 This column shows the 'Extended Price,' or the total price you are paying for items under this code.  The discounted price as multiplied by the quantity of the item on the quote.
10 The total 'list price' for the quantities shown of all items in the Rentals Section.
11 The overall savings on this order off of the 'list price.'
12 The bottom line total for all Rental items on the quote.  No tax is shown under the Rentals Category; Cal Stage does NOT charge sales tax on rentals.
