About Purchasing Via The Web
We at Cal Stage look forward to serving your purchase needs via this website.
If you would like to
inquire about a product or service we provide that you don't see in our
online store, contact us via
email or phone to request a quote. Please indicate how
you would like your order to be billed and shipped on the form.
You will be faxed
or emailed a quote. Fax is by far the more secure method; fax your
signed quote and signed, completed Credit Card form directly to our Sales
Room at (714) 966-1852. Email is trickier; we
do require a signed copy of your quote and a signed copy of our Credit Card
Authorization form to turn your quote into an Order. With an Emailed order,
this will require you to print out the quote, sign it, scan it back in, and
email it back. The same must be done with your Credit Card Authorization
form. Fax is more secure than this method; the Internet is full of
'eavesdroppers' and Cal Stage has NO control over where your email goes before
it reaches our server. Other forms of payment are available:

If you are paying by
check, please indicate that on your returned fax or email; then mail your check and
either a copy of your quote, or write the quote number on your

Your order will be
shipped once your check clears (generally 5-7 working days).
If the item on your
order is 'non-stocked' the item cannot be ordered until your check clears
or is approved by our Accounts Receivables department. This can add
up to five weeks to this total, depending on the availability of
your item with our manufacturers.

If you are paying by credit card, (the
preferred method) please complete all information on the Credit Card
Authorization form (part of your quote package) and sign and fax it back
with your signed quote. The item will be shipped once the charge is
confirmed.
If the item on your order is 'non-stocked' the item cannot be ordered
until your card is approved by our Accounts Receivables department, and
charged for the full amount of your order, less our freight estimate.
When the order is picked up or shipped from our location, the actual
freight will be charged.

Once you receive
your order, please inspect all boxes carefully. Note any damage
(and/or open damaged boxes and inspect contents) on the form, before the
delivery driver leaves. This is important; if
you do not mark received items as damaged at receipt, later claims may not
be possible.

Special orders,
'non-stocked' items, color media, paint, and fog fluids are
generally not returnable.

attached Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Cal Stage.
Please contact us directly at (714)966-1852 to discuss your return, and
receive this number. You will receive your refund (via charge-back or
mailed check) once we receive your authorized returned item.
Please note: Any item
returned without an attached RMA number will be returned to the shipper,
and no refund can be made.
